Remote Sensing Workshop was held June 4-7, 2002 at the Kika
de la Garza Subtropical Agricultural Research Center in Weslaco,
Texas. Participants were given tours of the facilities and hands
on participation with remote sensing equipment. |

| The mission of the Kika de la Garza Subtropical Agricultural Research Center is to increase food and fiber productivity, increase the efficiency of plant production, and preserve the quality of the product as it is delivered to the consumer.
